Domestic: (Singapore area)
We can do every delivery to all areas in Singapore.  Please note there will be delivery fees charged to every same day delivery orders 

International: (base on customers from Singapore)
We are proud of our International Flowers Delivery. We provide the Same Day Delivery Service, yet an extra charge is required for rush orders (2 hours).  We cover all the major cities in the five major continents, including China, Russia, Australia, America and Europe.  The basic price for international delivery is SGD$120, and you make ask for the actual price before you order.

Delivery Policy

In order to provide our customers a pleasant and stress free experience, we have implemented Delivery Instructions Options

Please Do Not Call The Recipient (Surprise) -  We will not call the Recipient. In the case of non -delivery due to wrong address or recipient not at home , we will charge a re-delivery fees
Call Recipient First - Before Delivery , we will contact the recipient to verify the address and confirm the time of delivery (Best Option - to avoid any unnecessary misunderstanding and charges)
Call Me For Redelivery Charge (if needed) -  In the case of non -delivery due to wrong address or recipient not at home , we will charge a re-delivery fees
Leave it at the Doorstep/Neighbour/Reception/Security - We will leave the item at the Doorstep/Neighbour/Reception/Security . If the place is an open area and accessible to public, we will not be responsible for any items spoilt or damaged 

We provide  our customers same day delivery on orders placed before the next time slot on daily basis . substitution may be necessary to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention will be given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.

There is 3 time slots for delivery
Monday - Sunday.
10am -2pm ( Ordering before 10am )
2pm - 6pm ( Ordering before 2pm )
6pm - 10pm (Ordering before 6pm)

Specific Times/ Odd Time Slots - additional surcharge

International:
The delivery time is from 9:00A.M. to 5:00P.M.
The delivery time is from 9:00A.M. to 5:00P.M. and may not appoint a specific time for international delivery.
